Dr. Chen and Team Participate in Howard County Fair Parade – August 9

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, August 9, Dr. Chen and his dedicated team of volunteers joined the Howard County Fair at the Fairgrounds in West Friendship, MD. Stationed at Lot 29 for the parade, the group marched alongside a decorated SUV pulling a trailer filled with a few very excited children.

Everyone proudly wore Dr. Chen’s signature yellow T-shirt, creating a bright and cheerful presence in the parade. The spectators — especially the children — were thrilled to see our lively duck mascot, which brought plenty of smiles and waves along the route.
